Service - an online platform available at partyprinter.link.
User - every person using the Service, including browsing the directory of listings.
Partner - a company or private person posting equipment for rent listings.
Service - a photo booth, photo mirror or printer rental service provided by a Partner for a User.
The PartyPrinter service acts as a bulletin board and mediates the transfer of inquiries from Users to Partners. The Service is not a party to the rental agreement concluded between the User and the Partner. All conditions, costs, travel and service delivery are agreed directly between the parties.
Each Partner is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided in their listing. The Service reserves the right to remove a listing in case of irregularities, impersonating another company, or violating the rules of good conduct.
Sending an inquiry via the form on the Service does not constitute a binding rental agreement. It is merely a request for contact. A binding reservation takes place only after confirmation by the Partner and (optionally) signing a contract with the Partner.
In matters not covered by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, shall apply. The Service reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service with appropriate notice period.
